GOOD QUESTIONS, CLEAR ANSWERS

A few things you might be wondering.

Straightforward answers about your business email.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You need the right to use the domain and access to its DNS settings. We guide setup based on your existing configuration. Domain registration and renewal are not included by default.

Can I create multiple email accounts?

We can configure accounts such as sales, support and contact for your team. Account counts, storage, pricing and limits must be confirmed against your chosen third-party plan.

Does the service support sending and receiving?

We can help configure and test a plan that supports sending and receiving. Third-party email providers deliver the actual email services. This website presents our brand and services only.

Can I access email in a web browser?

Where your chosen provider offers webmail, we help with setup and access. Available features and access methods depend on the provider and plan.

Will I need to change my domain’s DNS?

Usually, records such as MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC need to be configured. Existing settings and possible impacts should be reviewed before changes. The exact records depend on the selected services.

Can I email Gmail, Outlook, QQ and other providers?

Normal business communication can be configured under the chosen plan. Delivery and inbox placement depend on domain reputation, message content, recipient policies and provider limits. We cannot guarantee that every message will arrive or reach the inbox.

Do you provide setup and technical support?

We offer deployment, account configuration, usage guidance and troubleshooting. Support scope, response arrangements, fees and hours are agreed before engagement.
