Purpose and scope
This policy applies to MailCube-related domain email configuration and technical support. Actual email providers’ rules also apply. Stricter provider requirements must be followed.
Permitted business communication
With an appropriate lawful basis and authority, use may include inquiry responses, customer service, order or service notices, contract performance and partner correspondence. Marketing requires applicable consent, unsubscribe compliance and provider permission.
Sender identity, subjects and content must be accurate and must not deliberately mislead. Messages must be consistent with the recipient’s authorization and reasonable expectations.
Prohibited activities
You must not use, or request our assistance in using, the services for:
- Unauthorized bulk spam; purchased, scraped or guessed address lists; collecting addresses for harassment.
- Phishing, fraud, impersonation, forged headers, fabricated sender identities or deceptive domains.
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorized system access or privacy violations.
- Unlawful content, harassment, threats or violations of others’ rights.
- Bypassing unsubscribe choices, blocks, complaints, quotas or provider review; using multiple accounts to evade limits.
- Sharing, reselling or using another person’s credentials for unauthorized email activity.
Recipient sources and sending practices
Customers determine recipients for normal business communication and must retain appropriate source, relationship or authorization evidence. MailCube does not purchase, scrape or sell email address lists.
Provide and promptly honor effective unsubscribe mechanisms as applicable, respect opt-outs and withdrawals, and appropriately handle invalid addresses, bounces and complaints. Do not continue non-essential messages to recipients who have opted out.
Enforcement and cooperation
Credible reports or suspicious activity may lead to verification, requests for recipient evidence, configuration changes, suspension of technical support or referral to the actual provider. Providers may independently restrict or suspend email services under their policies.
Responses should reflect the facts, urgency, contract and applicable law, with notice and corrective opportunities where appropriate. We do not help evade lawful investigations or provider abuse reviews.
Reporting abuse
Abuse reporting channel: wxh@iwxh.cn. Contact us here if you find a related domain email account being used for spam, phishing or other prohibited activity.
Reports should include necessary times, sender domains, a description and appropriately redacted headers. Do not include passwords, keys or unrelated personal information.
