Service provider

Service provider: 邮立方 MailCube.

02

Scope and specific agreement

MailCube provides domain email deployment, account configuration, DNS guidance, usage support and troubleshooting. The website does not send or receive email or automatically activate accounts.

Scope, deliverables, acceptance, account counts, storage, fees, payment, renewals, refunds, duration and support hours must be separately agreed. No unagreed free, unlimited or perpetual service is implied.

03

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have lawful rights and administrative access to the relevant domains and accounts, supply accurate necessary configuration information, and take responsibility for content, the basis for recipient contacts and their authorized users’ actions.

Customers should protect credentials, update passwords, retain necessary backups and review effects on existing services before DNS changes. Do not supply someone else’s account or personal data without authorization.

04

Third parties and availability

Actual email, webmail, domain and infrastructure services are supplied by third parties and subject to their terms, policies, pricing and technical limits. Customers may need their own active subscriptions and must cooperate with provider review.

MailCube does not guarantee continuous third-party availability, delivery or inbox placement for every message, or any account review outcome. External changes, rejection, suspension or disruption may affect the setup. Further assistance depends on actual responsibilities and the agreement.

05

Abuse and suspension

Spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, malware, unauthorized bulk sending and other unlawful activity are prohibited. The acceptable use policy sets out further requirements.

Credible abuse signals, security risks, payment disputes or provider restrictions may require investigation, suspension or termination. Appropriate notice and opportunities to correct issues should be provided according to the circumstances and contract, except where prohibited by law or urgent security needs. Data handover, deletion and fees on termination require specific agreement.

06

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Customers retain their respective rights in their domains, trademarks, messages and business materials. Only a limited authorization necessary to perform agreed services is intended. Customers must not infringe others’ rights.

Both parties should protect non-public information under their agreement and applicable law, subject to lawful disclosure and necessary authorized provider processing. Specific confidentiality, data protection and authorization arrangements must be confirmed before engagement.

07

Responsibility, disputes and applicable law

Allocation of responsibility, any lawful liability limits, force majeure, dispute resolution and jurisdiction are subject to the parties’ specific service agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
