Annual subscription

Plans are billed annually, with first-year, standard and renewal prices listed separately. Start dates, subscription ownership and included support depend on the written plan agreed before activation.

One-time setup fee

Confirm whether initial setup or extra configuration is charged separately or included in the annual price. Domain registration and renewal are not included by default. Unconfirmed charges do not mean free service.

Before activating your plan.

Domains & accounts: You need the right to use your domain and access to its DNS, and are responsible for registration and renewal. Email accounts mean the email addresses delivered. Independent logins, member isolation, aliases and account limits require verification.
Plan-wide sending allowance: If a monthly allowance is confirmed, it is shared across every email account in the entire plan, rather than allocated to each account. Counting rules, multiple-recipient charges, reset dates and time zones, and overage handling require confirmation. Rollover or extra allowances are not included by default.
Third-party email services: Sending and receiving depend on third-party services and approval policies, which may impose account-wide, daily or rate limits. Both plan and provider limits apply. Delivery and inbox placement are not guaranteed.
Subscription, renewal & expiry: Annual renewal prices are listed above. Confirm start and end dates, reminders and payment deadlines before activation. Access, suspension, export and data handling after non-renewal are not yet determined. Automatic renewal and fixed retention periods are not promised.
Plan upgrades: Confirm the target plan’s account, domain and sending capabilities first. Mid-term upgrade eligibility, price differences, prorating and effective dates must be agreed separately. This website does not adjust subscriptions automatically.
Storage, attachments & refunds: Storage, attachment sizes, cancellation and refund rules, backups and retention periods remain to be confirmed. Obtain clear terms before activation. Unlimited storage, permanent service and free service forever are not offered.
Handover & technical support: An agreed handover may include access details, configuration notes, sending and receiving tests, and usage guidance. Confirm DNS assistance, basic guidance, standard support and priority configuration scope, service hours and extra charges. Priority does not guarantee a response time.

Why do I still need to enquire if prices are published?

Annual and renewal prices are published for all three plans. Accounts, sending allowances and deliverable features still require verification. Contact us to confirm a suitable plan; this website does not accept payments or create mailboxes automatically.

Does every email account get its own monthly allowance?

No. A proposed monthly allowance is shared across the entire plan. Actual amounts, counting rules and automatic resets still require confirmation. Do not multiply the allowance by the number of accounts.

Does the annual price include domain registration and renewal?

Domain registration and renewal are not included by default. Confirm domain ownership, DNS administration, registrar costs and renewal responsibilities before activation.

Can I pay or renew automatically?

Currently, plans are for enquiries only. This website has no payment, automatic activation or automatic charging. Confirm your plan and renewal arrangements through a verified contact channel first.

Can I upgrade, cancel or request a refund?

Upgrade eligibility, price differences, cancellation, refunds and data handling after expiry must be agreed in advance. Unconfirmed commercial proposals are not effective commitments.
